"Several weeks ago I contacted you company for the first time. Every person that I dealt with from the person who answered the phone, the scheduler, and the service tech were pleasant and helpful, answering all my questions and concerns.

I was especially impressed with the service tech, Duane. He was definitely the most professional, competent, thorough, & coureous technician that I have dealt with over the last 30 years.  Not only did he repair the storm damage & perform preventative maintenance, but he also pointed out to me that two of the heating ducts were closed (and must have been for years). I am looking forward to more even, better heating this winter.
